Instant - Release Systems

In principle, there are three different production processes:

• the tensioning frame system with direct bonding 
• the post tensioning system with bended wires and end anchoring fixings 
• the block making system

The Instant-release system provides great flexibility in production with significant advantages in investment costs due to the low number of moulds needed.  
 
Lower productivity and relatively high concrete technology requirements are set against the advantages, which are a prerequisite for release in the shortest time possible. However, the post tensioning system and the Block making or Egg laying system are still only used to a limited extent.
 
With all production processes, even with the Late-release process, the accuracy and precision of the moulds and also the rail fastening device are key factors and important for a qualified production.
